May Favourites

By the time my next favourites post comes up I'll be done with exams- it's been an insanely busy month with about 20 exams, 8 of which were in 3 days! For these reasons my favourites this month's post isn't particularly exciting, since I haven't really left the house to do much else other than do my exams.

I haven't wanted to go for a full base everyday but late night revision has meant that my under eye circles are incredibly prominent and definitely need covering! I've been liking using the Collection Lasting Perfection concealer (in moderation) for its pretty moisturising qualities but by just using a little bit it prevents any creasing. I love the Real Techniques Buffing Brush to ensure that everything is blended in sufficiently and it makes foundation/concealer application such a dream! The Benefit POREfessional primer is great when used on its own to just smooth over any pores leaving a really nice base.

The It's a 10 Miracle Leave-In Product is great for making my hair that little bit less frizzy, a lot smoother as well as shinier and protected from heat - it really is a miracle product. Full review will be coming up soon! I'm very late to this bandwagon but the Seche Vite top coat is absolutely amazing. It dries quickly and leaves a long-lasting, shiny finish to my nails, taking away some time from nail painting. And finally the Nivea Essential Care concealer is the best, no nonsense lip balm ever, really thick and moisturising, restoring my lips to a smooth and supple condition.

So those were my pretty boring favourites but there you go! I know posts have been a bit thin on the ground recently but I've have a double whammy of exams and my laptop just malfunctioning so I haven't been able to write up posts. This, however, is an exception because I've managed to wrangle my parents' laptop off their hands!
